Houston, We Have a Problem

Well, we set out on our voyage this morning, but didn't get far… There was diesel fuel in the forward bilge! Turns out that a hole in the top of the day tank (for an old level guage) was left unplugged and fuel was slopping out after we filled the tank. We returned to Point Hudson, and have made repairs.

New plan is to set out early tomorrow, and be at Stuart Island in the afternoon… Will the third time be the charm? Stay tuned to this channel!
